This closing ritual of the rehearsal day was proceeded by two screenings of Mandla Mbothwe's work. First ‘Ingcwaba lendoda lisecankwe ndlela’ (the grave of a man is next to the road.), then ‘Ixeba lomphilisi’ (the wound of a healer). The reason of the screening is to familiarise the cast with recurring imagery from his work.
