HODS
The head of an academic department (HOD) occupies a pivotal position, as they provide leadership and development where it matters most. Not only within the academic sphere, but also towards an engagement in the creative industry. Ensuring that the department flourishes as a well functioning academic and creative unit is critical to the CTDPS strategy.
The CTDPS Director is the HOD of the CTDPS department as a whole, while the Section Heads of Dance and Theatre are responsible for their respective academic and creative section.
