Description

The Little Theatre is a fully-fledged theatre space with a proscenium arch, built-in seating, an
existing lighting rig and sound system, a foyer with a cash bar, as well as dressing rooms.
It seats 210 people when fully booked.
The Little Theatre is supported by the Drama Department’s Workshop and Wardrobe.

Equipment

The Little Theatre possesses over a number of lighting and rigging equipment which is often used in other theatre venues as needed. At any given time, however, a selection of intels, profiles and fresnels can be added to the four lighting bars onstage as well as the rugby bar in the auditorium. A follow-spot is also available, along with trees for side lighting. There is also a permanent projector installed for projections onto the cyclorama. The sound and lighting box is behind the audience on the second floor.
