In 2022-2023 Second Chance theatre Project, SA and Geese Theatre Company collaborated on the Unmasked Project, funded by the British Council's International Collaboration Grants. Both theatre companies work in the criminal justice settings using theatre strategies to develop individual and collective social health. The Second Chance Theatre Project has been associated with the University of Cape Town since its inception, and has been funded by the National Research Foundation 2019 - 2021.
This is a documentary about the applied performance programme developed out of a collaboration.
Veronica Baxter is the Research Lecturer on this project, as well as artistic director/researcher of Second Chance Theatre Project.
