The -camma is 'water', lived in Ou-Cape (Hott 522), in Nama ǀǀ Gam-S or ǀǀ Gam (M) I, unless it is like Nama ǀ Gami = 'Hitze' (Rest 1960 DNW 30) To understand, but then it falls outside the usual pattern of the old toponimy. Then we can connect with what is currently in Nama Daus - = 'Heiss (washer)' (Rust Aid.), But with the -PORE- we have no good advice. The question is in which the old name of Caledon, viz. Warmbaths, a standalone finding or a delicious adaptation.
