If so, then we are now able to determine the exact location of the two places: The group lies at 3321 CD South and Southeast of Vanwyksdorp. This determination further means that we can pounce the meaning of 'Karree Launte'; 'Karree' Here will have the same reference as the similar components in the names 'Kareekamma' and 'Karee- (Moof)', viz. Ten noordooste van en aangrensend aan 'Karree laagte' is die plaas 'Karree Kloof' nr 1914-64-4045, en aan sy oostekant grens die groep 'Karree Kamma' nr lad. Q. 6-3 en 'Karree Kamma' nr Sw. Q. 9-22. Hierdie toponimiese groep is tussen die noordelike grens van Riversdale en die Swartbergbosreserwe; dit is moontlik dat hier sprake is van Hewitt se KAREEKAMMA (vgl. TH A** 652) en van Gordon se KAREE(KlOOF), vgl. TH A** 6. Indien wel, dan is ons nou in staat om die presiese ligging van die twee plekke vas te stel: die groep le op 3321 CD suid en suidoos van Vanwyksdorp.
