Surveying 1952 'Kingna River. The river flows in a westerly direction to the confluence of the Kinterie River at Montagu. From there it is known as Cogmanskloof. The name comes from Boesman and Afrikaans. Kingna means in the Bushmantal the 'confluence of two rivers'. Information provided by Mr Wessels '. Form filled in by Mr JB Herbert.
