Forbes seemed certainly. The -ka is old-Cape for 'river', and the debate is like Debe and Deepka where the necessary conclusion is, and of which the Debemka is a rapid ruling, written with an infix -m- joining The infusion-not - of Dwinka, another exchange ruling. Debemka can then be translated as 'Brak River'. Today, it is the name Dwyka, spelling like Barrow.
