Forbes 1965 PTSA 20a het vasgestel dat dit dieselfde rivier is wat die Boesmans Aga noem en daar is die betekenis aangegee as 'Rietveldt'. Op 71a skryf Forbes weer 'Kaga River (whose name is still as spelt by them), is perhaps in the vicinity of Kingsvale...' Die huidige spelling is nog Kaga, soos hier. Kyk verder onder AGA

afr Forbes 1965 PTSA 87 'Paterson says that about 20 miles east of the Bushmans River, he 'arrived at a place called the K'a Cha Chow'...' Ibid. 88 'This is likely to be the Kaggakoe of the Arrowsmith maps of 1847 and 1848, shown between Sidbury and Assegai Bush, but unidentifiable today... From Kaggakoe, or from Assegai Bush a mile or two further east, they must have ascended the hills to the north, later called the Rietberg'.
