If Korannasfonteinberg was named after the Koranastam, as we think, the chances are great that the Koranna's name [captain?] Was Danster. This may also indicate the movement of a Koranastam, and Naming Science also reaches the Historical Hand with these details, D.W.S. The pullway and the name Danster.

Op die ooreenstemmende Topo-kadastrale kaart 1967 kom die bergnaam nie voor nie, maar daar sien ons dat landmetersbaken 13 geleë is op die plaas Danster Fontein nr Bf. W.Q. 16-7, dist. Beaufort West. Indien Korannasfonteinberg na die Korannastam genoem is, soos ons meen, dan is die kanse groot dat die Koranna se naam [kaptein?] Danster was. Dit dui moontlik ook die beweging van ’n Korannastam aan, en naamkunde reik hier ook vir die geskiedkundige die hand met hierdie besonderhede, d.w.s. die trekroete en die naam Danster.
