Rust 1960 DNW 45), met die mor- feem -si(e)-, ook -se(e)- vir plekbenoeming funksioneel gelyk aan -bi- of -be-), plus die -p, vandag -b, van die ml. ekv., hier blykbaar om ’n verhef- fing aan te dui. Die Topografiese reeks 1974 vel 3018 loeriesfontein spel dit 'Nabiseep', maar die reeks 1974 1:50 000 vel 3019 AC lospersplaas gee naas Nabasiep ook 'n plekkie 'Nabiseep' aan waar 'n windpomp staan.
