Goanus

Alexander's Twanos has the same correlate as Goanus and so he heard the name; Perhaps because of the strange utterance he has a distraction that deviates badly. The translated name with the half-German spelling, viz. Children'sZitt, farm No. 132 just south of Warmbaths, Dist. Karasburg, the moody old name of Goanus displaced, composed of ǀ goa-n = children (pi. Comm.) And ╪nu = sit, plus lokativerende. There is no uncertainty about the meaning. The rise to the name for the source, the mountain, and now the farm, we are currently unknown.
