ǃKhauǁganab
The name Kouganab no longer appears, on the Criminarchy 1904 it took second place, and on later maps it completely disappeared. The new name on the Krikriekvorte was still Afrikaans, viz. 'Ordermansboom', but today it is 'Ortmansbaum' for the farm No. 120 just above Warmbaths, and 'Ortmansbaum River' for the tributary running out of the northeast through the farm to the Homs River (cf. OA Topographic Series 1973 Skin 2818 Warmbaths) . The inland name refers to the ǀǀ gana- = camel thorn tree, the Acacia Giraffe, which occurred there in the old days next to the trekway was a water, eg. A source. Source names usually end on the -s of the VR. Ekv., But here's the index the -b of the ml. EKV. In general, the name is involved on a tree, it also goes out on the --s, eg. A camel thorn tree is a ǀǀ gana-s. But if it is on a blunt, a branch, a stick etc. Involved, use the speakers the -B. We believe it should also be so understood that the possession member isǃ K (h) old to Nama for 'Niederwerpen, Zu Boden Yerfen' (Kr.R. 1969 NW 129 S.V.ǃ Soon). Possibly the camel thorn tree is blown over there, it is cut or anyway, but thereby an identification phenomenon to function naming. [Some of our infor- mante we received no suggestions here.)
