This place today lies in the Namib Desert Park, east of Rooibank, in the elbow of the Kuiseb. Hahn draws in the mountain, slightly northwest of the Swartbankberg. The ml. EKV. -B is here a sign that it is a mountain name. A1 of which we can be sure is the meaning of the lock part, at Hahn -xou. It means 'miss, ejection'. If theǃ Gun- The realization of Namaǃ Gu, then it is the word for 'hen, wandein' (Kr.- R. 1969 NW 145), and the -go- is then possibly the particle of the 2nd Press., the name so about 'walk-defecate your place'? 'Miss'?
