The cricke map, besides, writes it in brackets, without indication that it should be located. We assume that the cartographers were not sure of the citation (according to their notes), and that it should be absorbed as an exchange form from Koertze- BEB, where. Otherwise expressed: There were at the cardmakers uncertainty or Writing is at 2619 or 2719, each time in D, perhaps because the MS. make more than one reading possible.

Ons vind so 'n naam vir 2719 DA nie op enige ander kaart terug nie, bv. Hahn 1879, Veillet s.j., DSWA-reeks 1911 en SWA-reeks 1974, ooreen- stemmende plase, ken dit nie. Die Kriegskarte skryf dit bowendien tussen hakies, sonder aanduiding waarby dit geleës moet word. Ons neem aan dat die kartograwe nie seker van die situering (volgens hulle notas) was nie, en dat dit gewoon as 'n wisselvorm opgeneem moet word van KOERTZE- BEB, alwaar.
