Negative meanings rarely occur, and apparently is a sighing. Positively, on the other hand, Minberg, the alternative name in German as stated on the cricke marte. There, it is slightly higher than at Schinz, but without a doubt the same place. Schinz puts it on S 27 ° 0 '15 ° 48', Spreadbox at 26 ° 56 'and 15 ° 48'.

Dit is nie die naam van ’n plaas nie (dist. luderitz). Dit le oossuidoos van liideritz, en oos van Kaukausib. Nama Guos = sonder skape, soos hierbo. Graadvierkant soos by Schinz. Negatiewe betekenisse kom selde voor, en is blykbaar ’n versugting. Positief daarteenoor is Muntberg, die alternatiewe naam in Duits soos op die Kriegskarte vermeld.
