The name is made up of âi-s, -b = liver, and khôa = 'Brechen, Zerbrechen' (Rust 1960 DNW Resp. 38 and 12), with VR. Genustration for a source, which also locates. The inland name Aîkhôas was replaced by his translation, LebeBreak No 110, Dist. Keetmanshoop. Alexander does not furnish the inland name, he uses (against his habit) the English translation recorded in the crickey.
