On the modern maps we find the name Damakhoes alone for the name of a river. By the farm Nagas No. 55, southeast of Keetmanshoop, the Nagas River runs back into the Damakoes River, LG. Walk through the lower area north of Nagas. The two rivers are finally received by the 'Lowen River' (spelling of it as in the SWA series). afr Op die moderne kaarte vind ons die naam Damakhoes alleen nog terug vir die naam van ’n rivier. Deur die plaas Nagas nr 55, suidoos van Keetmanshoop, loop die Nagasrivier wat weer saamvloei in die Damakoesrivier, lg. loop deur die laer gebied noord van Nagas. Die twee riviere word uitein- delik ontvang deur die 'lowenrivier' (spelling daarvan soos in die SWA- reeks).
