On his map it is entered as 'Zwartkop', also on the 1904 crimson, then spelled 'Schwarzekuppe (Schwarzkopp)' as opposed to the 'rote Kuppe (Roodekopp)' north-west. Not at hahn th 1879 card. Nama ╪nu = black, and ihumi or ihomi = mountain. The old name apparently disappeared. Schultza did write the Schnalz but it was wrongly understood by the setter as a note.

Nie by Hahn Th 1879 kaart nie. Nama ╪nu = swart, en Ihumi of Ihomi = berg. Die ou naam het blykbaar verdwyn. Schultze het wel die schnalz geskryf maar dit is deur die setter verkeerd begryp as 'n toonteken.
