According to Hahn, the first component such as Nama is 'Dick, Fett' (Kr.- R. 1969 NW 314), therefore the 'source (-s) that is very (-exa) fat, thick (old)' , or '... where there is a lot of fat,' maybe '... where there is a lot of talk'.
