This is the Dental ǀ Noro, exchange ruling for ǀ Oro = Old (Kr.-. 1969 NW 319), in the same way as Nama ǀ Au-, ou- = fountain here appears as Nub, viz. to the dental suction consonant. Farm No. 71 to the east of Gibeon, Dist. Mariental is still known today as Noronaub, People's Judgment of ǀ Oro- ǀ oub = 'Oufontein / Ouputs / Oubron'. See more OroAub.
