Noni- varies with HONI (HUNI), a variability that is not unknown, cf. e.g. Elott. 181, par. 27 (2) (d) For many examples, eg. H-ebba next to N-eBA, 'here', and 5 D 6. The second component is Nama ǀǀ gami = water. It deals with Farm No. 253, Dist. Windhoek. Several other UNLED declarants agree. 'Non-tree water', 'white hole tree'.
