Because in the nama language one calls the place A-Tsab. A means 'drink', and TSA means 'costs'. Apparently, in the old time, when the names were given, someone has been paid by the unknown water in Otjimbingue, and another did not want to believe it's good water in this Disciring area. Since the narrator probably advised him to go myself and try the water. (A = drinkǃ Tsa = tryǃ Kostenǃ) That's my opinion, and I believe that it is right '. A heisst ‘trinken’, und tsa heisst ‘kosten’.
