Moritz W 1978 Pastor Gesprek 'Ek het 'n mooi kiekie gekry van daardie fontein waar Usakos sy naam vandaan gekry het. Dit is ’n waterplek waar ook die beeste kom drink en met die kloue in die water trap en so die water vuil maak. Ons het juis die Hereronaam Okanduu wat bete- ken dit is die plek waar water deur hout vuilgemaak word. Nou vra ek of dit nie in Namataal moet wees ǃUs-ǃkhos of ǃUsaǃkos nie, dit is: dat die kloue die water vuil maak. Dan sou die betekenis dieselfde wees as in die Hererotaal'.
