For the eponymous place on 1914 DB gives another namework of an equal statement, watch Mr Luiserth there. = FAUS, the version of Mr Xaregeb and his team, is the depleveled form of (d =) Gauss (cf. 5 c 1 in th a * 44). Interestingly that the Old-Cape word for 'peace' has already been recorded in 1691 as Ouchoue, which corresponds to Nama = HG) Ou╪ (g) old = 'Besanf- Tigen', also 'Phrodians' ( Rust 1960 DNW 10) More about it in Hott 511. It is a pity that we do not know the historical facts of this peace lock.
