Eigentlich bezeichnet der Name einen tiefen Karsteinbruch (genau wie der Guinas See) der am Wege liegt von der Etosha Pfanne zum Guinas See; diese Erklarung gibt ein Bushmann. (b) ‘Du — mein Freundǃ’ Dieser Platz würde gekauft von einem Freund von mir, wohl auf seinem Namen, aber bestimmt fiir mich zur Zeit als ich im Kamp eingesperrt war. Der Platz hat- te auf der Karte keinen Namen, demnach ein neuer Name...’mein Freund'. leider ist dieser Freund bereits verstorben, der mir hatte Auskunft geben können'.
