Kainami is today the name of Farm No. 709, and now just south to Abenab No. 707, on Dr Hartmann's map, the source is just west of Abenab and the Wapad. The statement then as at Mr Xaregeb and his team. Krenz FK 1978 farmer note here 'ǀǀ gei = anlehnen; Nami = Umschlingen. Kainami = SchlingPflanze '. It seems as if Mr Xaregeb and his team are the member of the husband (Rhenish spelling), and Mr Krenz as a separate word for 'lean / lean', viz. of the nami or sling plant. K- and H- can indeed alternate, cf. 5 C 3 in th a * 43. Both agree on the 'place where there are / - lending sling plants in the tree / trees'.

Hartmann 1904 card 'Kainami', source near Abenab, and on other cards. XAREG E 1977 and six other Khoekhoen of Grootfontein conversation 'It is that shrubs, they climb up. It is a kind of creeper that climbs around the tree. Kainamib is that plant. As he grows, he woven him around the tree. Heinamib is not that plant's name, it can be any plant so in a tree. Hi = tree, and nami = wide the tree '.

K- en h- kan mekaar inderdaad afwissel, vgl. 5 C 3 in TH A* 43. Albei stem saam oor die 'Plek waar daar slingerplante in die boom/- bome is/aanleun'.
